IPVF fabrique ses premières cellules solaires en nanofils III-V sur silicium

L’IPVF, en collaboration avec son partenaire le C2N (Centre de Nanosciences et de Nanotechnologies, CNRS) vient de réaliser la fabrication complète de ses 1ères cellules solaires en nanofils de GaAs sur substrat silicium. IPVF at 4th Halide Perovskites Days

The 4th edition of the workshop titled “Halogenated/Halide Perovskites Days” was held from 14th to 16th May near Grenoble in France. The President of the Republic of Angola visits the IPVF

On May 28, 2018, IPVF welcomed Mr. João Lourenço, President of the Republic of Angola in its new building at the Paris-Saclay campus. This event was organized by the Ecole polytechnique during an official visit of the Angolan President to France. It was an opportunity to present the ambition and objectives of the IPVF and to take a tour of the laboratories.
