Job context

The intership will take place within IPVF (Palaiseau).
Its content is part of EDF projects regarding characterization of solar cells and modules by electroluminescence imaging. This characterization technique is one of the most studied and it’s improvement it term of spatial resolution, acquisition speed and repeatability is of importance.

Main missions

The candidate will be in charge of characterizing and validating the use of a different kind of high resolution wide-field camera. Quantum efficiency, spatial resolution and signal processing and comparison with other scientific cameras will be studied. In addition, a new setup will have to be implemented, coded and tested to allow super-resolution for microscopy.
